Facility-96 Containment Breach Protocol Alpha-7
Upon activation of Containment Breach Protocol Alpha-7 at Facility-96, all personnel are to rapidly depart the facility. Entry into the affected area is strictly prohibited. A exclusion zone will be established at a minimum distance of 500 from the source of the breach. All units are to remain on standby, awaiting receive further instructions from Command Center.
- Crystalline containment protocols will be immediatelydeployed.
- Standard security procedures are in force.
- Automated defenses will stand ready.
Entry Forty-Three Two
Unit Alpha's investigation/reconnaissance/surveillance of the anomaly sector concluded with minimal/no/limited incident reports. The perimeter remains stable, though we continue to monitor for any anomalous/unusual/unexpected energy fluctuations. Subject Omega reported experiencing/feeling/sensing a strange auditory distortion while conducting/performing/implementing his research in Sector Gamma. Further analysis of his data/logs/recordings is required to determine the nature/origin/cause of this disturbance.
Personnel/Staff/Inhabitants are advised to remain alert/vigilant/aware and report any unusual/suspicious/unorthodox activity immediately. Security protocols remain at Level Three/Enhanced/Elevated. End log.
Site 96 Anomalies: Declassified Report - Delta-8
At roughly 02:37 hours on July 15th, agents stationed at Site 96 reported a disturbance. Initial logs indicated a sudden spike in energy readings within the primary containment zone, accompanied by unintelligible audio signals. Containment measures were immediately activated, but the source of the anomaly remained indeterminate.
Examination of witness accounts revealed a number of inconsistencies in the data. Some personnel described an undefined, shifting form, while others reported disorientation.
It is currently uncertain whether this incident was a result of naturally occurring phenomenon or something entirely anomalous. The situation at Site 96 continues to be under investigation.
The containment procedures for future anomalies are currently being reviewed and revised.
Entry of Researcher Dr. Evelyn Vance - Site-96
Date: 2023/10/28. Subject: Primary containment breach of SCP-XXXX. Dr. Vance's report details the gradual escalation of the incident and her subsequent strategies to contain the situation. Key observations include anomalous readings in the containment chamber's environment, suggesting potential correlations with SCP-XXXX's properties. Dr. Vance recommended immediate deployment of a crisis response plan to contain the affected area and limit potential exposure. Further analysis of the event is necessary.
Site-96 Personnel File: Subject Designation SCP-SCP-□□□
The specimen designated as SCP-████ is a unique phenomenon currently restrained within Site-96. Initial discovery of the subject occurred on date2, with subsequent analysis revealing partial data regarding its true nature. Attempts at categorization have proven ineffective due to the subject's inconsistent properties.
Further observations regarding SCP-⌽███'s behavior and capabilities are categorized within the following files. Due to the sensitive nature of this information, access is granted on a selective basis.
- Addendum 1: Detailed log of the initial discovery
- Document Y: Analysis of subject's physical properties
- Addendum 3: Procedures for interaction with SCP-⌽███
